Devoted to the ongoing efforts to replace specific directors of The Walt Disney Company and to compel sitting directors to act in the interests of the Member Owners of Walt Disney.

Even though the Save Disney campaign, led by Roy E. Disney and Stanley Gold, has been disbanded, this tribe shall remain intact until such time as results are assured.

I urge all other shareholders in The Walt Disney Company to vote their shares against the re-election of the Directors who kept Michael Eisner in the C.E.O. position for as long as they did and who did not conduct a thorough search for a replacement. This Board has failed the people whom it was elected to represent repeatedly and consistently.
